Expect chef’s tables, a seafood soirée, Asian feasts, master cheesemakers, and even a frothy rodeo at one of our favourite local breweries.

Venue: Departing from Saltwater Eco Tours, Mooloolaba Wharf

Dates: Friday, August 1, and Saturday August 2

Timing: Lunch

Set sail on a culinary voyage with Saltwater Eco Tours at The Curated Plate. Enjoy a multi-course menu celebrating local seafood, native ingredients, and foraged bush tucker - paired with cocktails crafted from Australian botanicals and local spirits for a truly refined, immersive, and sustainable dining experience on the water.

Join Dacelo Distilling for a native-inspired five-course degustation paired with handcrafted spirits.
